With our Pay at Pump functionality you can Pay for fuel via the EG Club App on your phone. It is faster and easier.
Follow the easy steps below
- Login to the EG Club App
- Add your card details
- Enable location services on your phone
- Select Pay at Pump
- Enter the pump number
- Pay in App
Pay at Pump is available for all customers who have downloaded the EG club App. Please ensure you have an internet connection on your phone to be able to use the EG Club App. To Pay at Pump please ensure your card details have been added and your location services are turned on.
To add your card details, please select ‘More’ from the bottom menu and then go to ‘Payment Card’ to add your card details.
Pay at Pump can only be used at EG operated sites. Pay at Pump is now available to use at all of our 540 sites across Australia.
You can use your phone on the forecourt, except while refueling. Once you have filled the tank and placed the nozzle back, you can open the EG Club App on your phone. For more information please read our health and safety policy.
Select ‘More’ from the bottom menu and go to ‘Recent Transactions’ to access your transactions. We will also send an email with the receipt of your transaction.
- View fuel prices within the EG store network
- Pay at Pump through the App
- Locate your closest EG fuel site and gets directions to your closest site.
- Track your Everyday Rewards discount vouchers and EG and other fuel discount vouchers.
- View trading hours and site facilities.
- Turn on your location service setting
- Click the locations icon in the bottom left corner of the screen
- Select the fuel type from the fuel grades to view fuel prices.
In rare cases, the fuel price on the Fuel App may not match to the fuel price on the pump or the price board due to system lag.
Yes. You can redeem your Everyday Rewards fuel discount using the Fuel App at participating EG fuel outlets.
Everyday Rewards is accepted at all of our EG sites for both fuel and shop purchases. You’ll receive one Everyday Rewards point for every dollar* you spend.
Plus, redeem your fuel discount and save 4¢ per litre on fuel^ when you spend at least $30 in one transaction at a participating Woolworths supermarket or Woolworths Metro.
Yes. You can present the barcode on the Fuel App at the time of completing the transaction instead of your Everyday Rewards Card. This will be honoured the same way as an Everyday Rewards Card.
Woolworths Everyday Rewards fuel discount can be redeemed with fuel purchases at all participating EG outlets.

Check your network connection as a first point of troubleshooting. If you can access the Fuel App on WiFi, make sure a network firewall is not blocking the Fuel App. If the problem persists, uninstall the Fuel App and reinstall to make sure you have the latest version.
App performance depends on the network speed, just like any other App. Check with your service provider if this issue persists.
